(i) Our jewelry is handcrafted by master artisans in Taxco de Alarcon, Guerrero, Mexico. Each piece is handmade to order. We want to provide the best service to you. That is why we handle and ship every order carefully to make sure you get your jewelry intact.

 

  • You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make your purchase, changes  will be displayed at checkout. 

  • We ship within 10 to 15 business days. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges 

 

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with the items you order from us. At  Daniel Espinosa Jewelry we believe every piece we make is unique and thoughtful, has history and has a purpose to make you feel good every time you wear it.  Each piece is handmade by artisans. Due to the hard work and labor required to make our products, all sales are final. We are almost positive that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase we only accept returns for exchange or store-credit  on all unworn items within 15 days of your purchase. Store-credit will be issued in the amount paid excluding shipping costs.If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store-credit. We recommend you carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

 We can only exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the site or receive merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item you want to return.  If you want to return an item please send us an email at customer.service@danielespinosa.us to help you with the process. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the tag intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is no return for custom orders (personalized collections). Unless the item is damaged or broken, then we will replace it.

  • If the item you received is incorrect, we will have the correct item shipped to you (free of charge). Photo evidence of the received item may be required.

  • If the item you received becomes damaged or broken due to our error, we will have a new replacement of the item shipped to you (free of charge). Photo evidence of the received item may be required. 

  • If you are unsatisfied with your product after you receive it, you may return it in exchange for a different item or store credit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 45 days from the delivery date. 

Items bought at a retail store must be returned to the same  boutique where you made the purchase, you will get an exchange or store credit . Online purchases must be returned to the shipping address provided when you get your order delivered. 

 

NOTE: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have any other question please, send us an email at customer.service@danielespinosa.us

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items not available for return 

Earrings, sale items, custom items, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For more information you can email us at customer.service@danielespinosa.com

Repairs

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Daniel Espinosa Jewelry  purchases. We offer handmade repair for every single piece of jewelry you bought. Please keep in mind thatwe can repair any piece for free within 6 months after your purchase. Any repair request after that period of time you may consult our terms and conditions for  reparation and jewelry maintenance, please email us at customer.service@danielespinosa.us to learn more about costs and details.

 

Product Care

  • Avoid contact with chemicals that can damage color. Creams and perfume may cause darkening or lose shine due to chemical abrasion

  • Remove when exercising or sleeping. Not recommended to be used in showr, pool or the sea

  • Do not expose to sudden changes in temperature, it can cause discoloring

  • Keep away from humid spaces and from continued sun exposure 

  • To clean, use warm water, cotton or soft cloth and neutral PH soap.
